I spent most of the morning in the Admirals Club, was surprised that the bar was still closed at about 8:30AM (not for alcohol purposes). I was able to upgrade…however, the A300-600 that American Airlines still uses are pretty rundown inside. Carpet is torn, seats are old – either refurbish or ground them.
Flight in itself was uneventful – food was pretty good as well as the service. Landing was a bit hard to say the least – not much feeling in that.
Last week I did fly to Santiago, Chile and I forgot to post – I passed out on the way down and up – so that is a good thing.
